These terms apply to the use of the AvyToyz website and to purchases made through the store.

Products

Each product page lists its description, price, age guidance and safety note — please read these, along with the small-parts warning and age marking on the product packaging, before purchase and use. Photos are for illustration; actual colours and packaging design may vary slightly from the images shown. Minors should shop under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

Pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are the final selling prices — applicable GST, where any, is included. Shipping is charged at checkout as per the Shipping Policy. Prices can change from time to time; the price shown at the time you place your order applies to that order, subject only to correction of obvious technical errors (in which case we will confirm with you before processing).

Orders

Orders are subject to acceptance, product availability and (for Cash on Delivery) COD serviceability of your PIN code. We may contact you to confirm details before dispatch. Custom/bulk return-gift hampers are confirmed separately, including contents and pricing, before any payment or dispatch.
