Where do you deliver?

We deliver to serviceable PIN codes across India. Standard shipping is a flat ₹99, and free on orders of ₹999 or more. Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days (7–12 for remote areas) after dispatch. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Do prices include GST? Any hidden charges?

The price you see on each product is the final price — any applicable GST is already included in it. AvyToyz is GST-registered (GSTIN: 09ANEPM5411C1ZD). The only addition at checkout is the flat ₹99 shipping fee, which is waived on orders of ₹999 or more.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) on COD-serviceable PIN codes, so you can pay when your toys arrive. For refunds, we use UPI (GPay/PhonePe/Paytm) or bank transfer.

What is your return policy?

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery. Damaged, defective, wrong-item or missing-part returns are always free for you; change-of-mind returns are accepted on unused items in original packaging. Read the full Return and Refund Policy.

How do I choose the right toy for a child’s age?

Every product shows an Age guidance note, and you can browse ready collections for 0–1, 1–3, 3–5, 5–7, 7–10 and 10+ years. When in doubt, WhatsApp us the child’s age and we will suggest options.

Can I create an account?

Yes. Creating an account takes a minute and lets you view order history, download invoices and manage your details. We send a verification email — please check your Inbox (Primary) as well as the Spam/Junk folder.

How do I track my order?

Sign in to My Account to see order status, or use the Track Order page with your order ID. We also share tracking details by email/WhatsApp once your package is handed to the courier.

Do you take bulk or return-gift orders?

Yes! Choose ready Mini Puzzle Return Gift Packs (packs of 5, 10 and 20) from the shop, or request a custom quote for themed birthday hampers from the Custom Birthday Return Gift Hamper page. Minimum 10 pieces for custom hampers.
